ARTT is a small multidisciplinary team who provides a city-wide service to the Sheffield Community.

ARTT provides holistic assessments and slow stream, long term rehabilitation to patients who have a diagnosis and/or deterioration of a long term condition. Our aim is to proactively manage long term conditions.
Patients must be over the age of 16 and have potential for, and ability to engage in, rehabilitation.

There are 2 streams to our service:

• Therapy for individuals who have Long Term Conditions (LTCs).
• Falls clinic – providing a one-off assessment for patients within their outpatient clinic appointment.

ARTT operates as a hybrid service model, combining home visits with use of an outpatient gym and therapy room based within the Nether Edge Outpatient Clinic (NEOC).

ARTT is NOT an urgent response service.
