This 60-90 mins session gives parents and carers information, top tips and advice to encourage and establish successful sleep for their child. We explore:

  • Why sleep is important for the whole family
  • Bedtime routines
  • How diet can support good sleep
  • Creating a good environment for sleep

*This session is aimed at parents/cares with children over 12months, however key safe sleep messages are covered briefly for parents with under 1’s who may want to join the session to gain more knowledge about considerations for planning for successful sleeping beyond their child’s 1st birthday.
