This is an information session for young people (aged 10 and over) to attend with their parents/carers. The session will cover:

  • What is sleep hygiene
  • Why is sleep important
  • How sleep works
  • What stops us falling asleep
  • Creating a nighttime routine
  • Top tips for getting ready for sleep.

We will be delivering the session via Microsoft Teams, joining instructions will be given once you have booked in. Please ensure that you have downloaded the Microsoft Teams app prior to the session.
