Offer groups across Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster. Groups are small, friendly and informal: a safe place to meet other parents; facilitated by trained staff and volunteers all of whom have their own experiences of mental health issues.

Light is a charity working to support the emotional wellbeing and mental health of mums and their families during pregnancy, birth and afterwards.
