    with Neurodiversity is a priority for Sheffield Health and Care Partnership over the coming year. A diagnostic of the waiting list is soon to take place to support families waiting. The ICB and SCC are committed to linking support to the graduated response and ensuring that SENCOs and school staff are supporting children and families prior to any clinical diagnosis. Work is being led by Learn Sheffield to look at a model that supports early identification of need and early interventions to support children and families with strategies to support learning in their local school. This includes looking at a model that increases support at early stages and reduces need for clinical assessment to meet need.
