The Activities are high-impact, full body activities which require intense focus, awareness of strengths and limitations, awareness of the environment and extreme caution at all times. Participants are required to know their limits and not attempt any manoeuvre beyond their own skill level.
It is participants responsibility to read, understand and follow the jump inc rules on display. these are accessible in a number of areas and formats including; risk acknowledgment form, safety briefing video and signage in the foyer, safety briefing room, entrance to the park and in some cases on the attractions themselves. by using the attractions, participants are agreeing to use them in line with these rules. failure can endanger participants and others leading to injury
Participants are responsible for their own safety. Parents or guardians are also responsible for the safety of children that are in their care. by using the attractions, participants acknowledge and agree to this.
Jump INC do not provide direct supervision or assess individual skill levels, abilities, competency or suitability to use the activity equipment. This is the responsibility of the participant and/or the parent/guardian.
Use of any of the activity equipment is entirely at the participant’s risk.
Children under the age of 6 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in all areas of the premises with the exception of soft play areas, see point N below. The ratio of adults to under 6s is 1:2. Children aged 6-13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian staying on the premises. Children aged 14+ can participate without an accompanying adult however JUMP INC do not provide supervision of children and do not assess any participant’s skill levels, abilities, competency or suitability for use of the activity equipment.
