- Description: Ace Self Defence offers a full self defence and awareness course. The course is martial arts based and involves many elements of different martial arts. Classes are open to all ages from aged 5 years and over and to all abilities. Offer evening and one to one classes. Lessons are Monday 5.30-6.30pm Sessions are held in Walkley S6 We can also arrange to come to your centre, workplace, etc in the evening hours for a one off self defence session or something more regular.

 We currently teach adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. We can teach anyone, children and adults of all abilities. We have been teaching karate since 2008
 
 We have experience teaching people with learning and physical disabilities including ADD, ADHD, downs syndrome, autism, and others. We also have taught blind people and people with challenging behaviour.
 
 We have run one to one classes and have taught an elderly group to teach older men and women. We are very flexible and our mission is to get people who usually wouldn't be able to join in karate or self defence classes to participate.
 
 We can even run Skype lessons online so you can learn at home.
