Complaints about Education Services

If you have a grievance or would like to comment on the treatment you have received from the education system, there are procedures that you can follow in order to make your voice heard.

Details and advice on how to make a complaint about a school, nursery or Family Centre can be found on the Sheffield City Council Website.

If following a school's complaints procedure has not resolved the issue, you can also complain to the Department for Education, Ofsted or the Education Funding Agency. More information can be found on the Government website.

You can also find information about making a complaint that is specific to children and young people with SEND on the IPSEA (Independent Parental Special Education Advice) website.

Complaints about Health and Social Care Services
