Domestic Abuse Workshop – Supporting Children and Young People
Delivered by Haven
This interactive workshop will focus on experiences of Domestic Abuse from a child’s perspective, the impact of trauma, barriers and challenges faced by children, and the effects of coercive control and post-separation abuse.
Throughout the workshop, Haven will provide child-centred, trauma-informed strategies and resources to support engagement with children and young people, including tools for safety planning. There will be space for reflection and the opportunity to share good practice.
