The NHS South Yorkshire ICB has commissioned free instant access digital mental health support across Sheffield for those aged 10-25. The service provides free, safe, and anonymous online mental health support whenever you need it.
There are no thresholds or waiting lists for support and access to the platform is available instantly 24/7, without the need for a referral.
Support available includes:
- Live chat or messaging with qualified mental health professionals
- Self help tools and activities
- Online community
