- To gain an overview of a behavioural approach to good sleep.
- To gain an understanding of how sleep deprivation can impact on families mental, emotional and physical well being.
- To practice skills in identifying common sleep issues.
- To practice skills developing sleep plans to empower families to make changes with their sleep hygiene.
