Additional information

We provide language lines in Arabic, UrduSomali. We can also use interpreters for other languages, where necessary. Our deaf advice service provides advice and support for BSL users and the deaf community. Community Access Points are set up in accessible locations around the city for people with limited digital skills or access to ensure that they can connect easily with our advisors.
