Regular activities at the library:
Monday
Tuesday
  • Baby Time – 1:30pm – 2:15pm – Each week during term-time. The number of adults will be restricted to 12 for social distancing reasons. No need to book.
Wednesday
  • Story Time for toddlers and Pre School children – 10:00am – 11:30am. No need to book. Just turn up and join in the fun with our themed craft activities, songs and a story.
  • Health Walk – 10:30-11:30, followed by refreshments in the Library
Thursday
  • Natter group for Over 60’s 10:30am – 11:30am – A relaxed and friendly place to chat. Free coffee and biscuits.
  • Chair Aerobics (People Keeping Well) 12noon – 1pm – £3 per session, no need to book
  • Thursday afternoon Totley Library Cinema. The film starts at 3:00pm. It’s once a month, over 65s are free, check the cinema page for upcoming films.
Friday
  • Friday Night Totley Library Cinema. The film starts at 7:00pm. It’s once a month, check the cinema page for upcoming films.
Saturday
  • Second Hand Book Sales.  Check the events page for upcoming book sales

Other Activity Groups:
  • Many other local groups, eg., Totley History Group, Friends of Gillfield Wood, and Friends of Dore and Totley Station, hold their meetings at the library. For information about these groups please see posters in the library.
