Zumba Gold is an easy to follow, Latin-inspired, fun dance fitness programme. My Zumba Gold classes provide modified, low-impact moves for active older adults and those looking for a lower intensity workout.

The routines will be broken down and questions are welcomed. I run classes in the S11 area of Sheffield and pre-screening for any injuries or medical conditions will be carried out prior to joining the class.

I am a fully licenced member of the Zumba Instructor Network.

Classes:

First class is free of charge.
