Sheaf Training Centre is a Sheffield City Council managed training facility located in a quiet cul de sac in the North East of the city. Sheaf Training is a vibrant learning and training facility which meets the needs of young people with SEND focusing on developing the skills for adulthood and employment.

Sheaf has a range of vocational facilities including an independent living suite, professional catering facilities, music and radio (Radio Sheaf), digital media and photography and extensive grounds for horticultural development. Alongside this, it has specialist expertise in supporting the direction towards employment through supported internships, social enterprise and enrichment activities.

Partnership is at the heart of the centres approach to deliver for young people aged 16-25 with SEND. Courses are delivered in partnership with around 25 local providers of training and support across the city.
