We can provide advice, help and support for anyone who is:
- Homeless, or living in unsafe/unstable conditions
- Had a change in circumstance that could lead to you losing your home
- Concerned that they may become homeless
- Has a housing problem which may result in the end of your tenancy
You can contact us for advice on:
- what to do if you are at risk of homelessness
- housing related issues, such as disrepair, ending a tenancy and affordability
- your rights as a tenant or an owner occupier
- if you feel unsafe at home because of abuse
- options to prevent you having to leave your home
- paying for your home, including guiding you to benefits advice
- accessing mediation services if there’s conflict at home or a family breakdown
If you are at risk of homelessness within 56 days we'll try to help you remain in your home if it is safe to do so. We can also help you look for a range of alternative accommodation if you can't stay at home.
The earlier you make contact the more likely it is we will be able to help you prevent homelessness.
