Westbourne House is a seventy two bed purpose built nursing home offering nursing and intermediate care. Situated near the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield.

Our home has a full-time activity coordinator to enhance wellbeing. Gardening, arts & crafts, sing-a-longs and games are some of the activities we offer.

Provides nursing and end of life care. We also offer intermediate care in all of our homes. Intermediate care allows for those who are medically fit for discharge from Hospital to have an ongoing assessment and support of care needs. Also provides dementia care.
