What do we do:

We work very closely with children, their family and care givers to discuss their concerns. We then assess the individual child’s needs and the goals are set in discussion with the child, their family and support team. These goals are realistic and are reviewed on a regular basis.

We then formulate a treatment plan to maximize their physical potential.

 Occuptional therapy 

Our Highly skilled Occupational Therapists are able to undertake assessments of a person’s everyday activities, make recommendations for assistive equipment and environmental adaptations, and provide therapy interventions to facilitate rehabilitation. 

24hr postural Management

We provide individually-tailored postural management programs for children with a disability to facilitate communication, cognitive and functional skills.  A person centered 24 hr postural care plan aims to increase a child’s level of comfort and in the longer term protect body shape from distortion.

Hydrotherapy:

We have access to 7 hydrotherapy pools including multisensory environment across Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire areas.

Our Children’s physiotherapist are experts in hydrotherapy and can work on the person-centered goals using the benefits of water in an hydro pool environment.
