If you’re thinking about applying for an apprenticeship, pre-apprenticeship programme or want to discuss your career options if you are recently unemployed, we have a dedicated team to support you with information, advice and guidance in our 1-1 interview and placement interviews. The team at The Source can also support you with applications for vacancies, interviews and CV tips/preparation and guidance through skills revision and tests.

Our 1-1 placement interviews run daily and are designed to clearly explain the progression routes available to you, to provide an opportunity to talk through your career goals and to meet the team involved in delivering your apprenticeship. During the session, you will be able to access the following support:

• An overview of the entry requirements and eligibility for available programmes.
• A one-to-one chat with a learner engagement advisor who will talk to you about the job you have applied for.
• An assessment of Maths and English to determine the skills that you already have.
• Direct access to over 75 employers who are looking to recruit at the moment.

When joining us for this 1-1 interview you will receive careers advice, which may result in recommendations to attend one of our sector-based recruitment academies in Business Admin, Warehousing, Hospitality or Customer Service.
