Care2Care Dementia Day Care is a day care service for adults and older people living with dementia (including early onset dementia).

The day service offers a friendly place for people with dementia to socialise and take part in activities. A variety of hot and cold lunch choices are on offer, with refreshments served throughout the day. The service runs a planned programme of social activities to provide entertainment, stimulation and aid rehabilitation. Door to door transport is provided when requested.

Sessions are held, Monday to Friday from 9am, at the Burton Street Foundation Building, 110 Burton Street, Sheffield S6 2HH

Qualifications & Quality Standards:
Registered with and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure a quality service is provided.
