Penderels Trust is a Not-for-Profit organisation providing a wide range of services to disabled people in England & Wales. We’re a registered Charity that’s proud to have been at the forefront of independent living for more than 30 years. Our services give you control over how you live your life and achieve your goals and aspirations, secure in the knowledge that we’re always here to help.


Services Provided:

  • Money management support- helping you to manage your direct payment and paying invoices/ PA wages on your behalf
  • Payroll service
  • Help to recruit PAs, Information provided on how to be a good employer
  • Appointeeship (help with the management of benefits/finances for those who can’t manage on their own).

Qualifications & Quality Standards:
We have over 35 years experience of working with disabled children, young people, adults and their families. All frontline staff are DBS checked. Penderels Trust has Public Liability, Employers Liability and Professional Indemnity insurances.

Penderels Trust Prices with effect from 1st November 2024 (our prices are tailored to meet individual needs so that if you have a small package, you pay less than someone who has a large package. The price of Managed Account and Payroll is affected by the number of PAs or Care Providers as opposed to the size of your budget, so less PAs and/or Care Providers/Agencies lower MA & Payroll fee).

Managed Account (DP Budget Management) fees: 
Annual: from £315 per annum
Weekly: from £6.06

Payroll fees (4 weekly payroll):

One off set up fee: £50
Annual:

  • 1xPA - £184 per annum (£3.54 per week)
  • 2xPAs - £329.20 per annum (£6.34 per week)
  • 3xPAs - £448.80 per annum (£8.64 per week)
  • 4PxPAs - £568.40 per annum (£10.94 per week)
  • 5xPAs - £688 per annum (£13.24 per week)

Managed Account/ Payroll set up fee:
One off charge of £150

PA Recruitment Fee: 
£600 one off

(Includes full recruitment support that includes – Support to draw up job description, person specification, duties, advertising on our website and other recruitment websites, shortlisting, interviewing, references & DBS if applicable, offer letter & Terms & Conditions (Contract of Employment) writing, set up ELI and make sure everything is done in compliance with the UK employment law).

Appointeeship Fee:

  • Residential (Care Home) – from £450 per annum (from £8.66 per week)
  • Community – from £980 per annum (from £18.85 per week)
