We offer free counselling and psychotherapy and work with psychological and mental health difficulties that can range from anxiety and depression to childhood and adult traumas.

The service is for people aged 18 upwards who are registered with a Sheffield GP Practice. We accept self-referrals or referrals from other professionals. We offer the following but please check our website or contact us for details on whether we are currently taking referrals:

• Walking therapy and Movement Therapy
• Safe Space Domestic Abuse counselling service
• Through the Clouds - Bereavement counselling service

We also offer a chargeable counselling and psychotherapy service. 

• Revive - one to one counselling
