I practise acupuncture and tui na deep tissue massage in Ecclesall at Bents Green and at Kinetic clinic in Ecclesfield. I use these therapies to help with all kinds of stress, pain and discomfort, including pains which have proved hard to treat with Western methods.

I use deep tissue massage to ease muscle tension and pain, as well as to help with digestion (IBS and constipation) and deeper breathing. I use acupuncture to complement massage and alleviate pain anywhere in the body, including physical pain, migraines or headaches, digestive discomfort, menopausal symptoms, insomnia, anxiety and stress to name but a few things.
