Woodhouse and District Community Forum - Dementia Support
Woodhouse & District Community is part of a citywide initiative lead by Sheffield City Council to make Sheffield more dementia friendly. We run a range of Dementia Friendly activities, groups and cafes in South East Sheffield, we also run 2 monthly Dementia Carers support group:

with dementia the South East Sheffield Community Dementia Advice Service is ready to help. You will find out about Dementia Friendly activities and groups happening in your area.
