The Careline service includes an alarm base unit, which plugs into the telephone line and a comfortable pendant which goes around the neck or wrist. All of the attachments are included in the Careline package, so the user has a choice in how they wear their alarm.

The alarm allows users to live independently in their own home and be set up with the UK's favourite personal alarm service.

Alongside the alarm, we provide a range of Key Safes to allow the emergency services safe access into the property. Key Safes are a small secure box that fits to an external wall of your property, which can be accessed by entering a unique code. We offer 3 Key Safe options which can be ordered with your chosen alarm service plan.
