Norfolk Park Tenants and Residents Association (NPTARA)
Norfolk Park Tenants and Residents Association works with Sheffield City Council, SY Police, local housing associations and private home owners. The Association deals with a range of issues including housing, benefits, SEND etc. Also works with local councillors, Norfolk Community Primary School, Norfolk Park Day Care, St Leonard's Church Norfolk Park and Arbourthorne & Manor and Castle Development Trust (M&CDT).
We organise a range of activities.
We are a registered UK Online Centre.
All daily activities are held at 89 Guildford Rise, Norfolk Park, Sheffield S2 2PP
Time details
Wednesday 10.30am - 12.30pm find us at the community coffee morning at St Leonard's Church. Thursday 10.00am-3pm (we offer help with housing issues, benefit forms, PIP, DLA forms, EHCP help with applying, appealing and reviewing! job search, CVs, access to computers and the internet, plus any other areas you may need help with - computer and internet access also available during these times)
Friday 10.00am to 2.00pm Community Food Project, like a food bank but different!
We have finished our new sensory room, which will be suitable for all ages, this is run on a booking basis so if you would like to come and have a look or book a session give us a call and we can book you in.

Additional information
We work with children and adults with a range of abilities, one of our team has been a foster carer for Social Services caring for disabled children, all of our volunteers are DBS checked and bring a range of life skills with them, all volunteers attend a range of training from First Aid to Food Hygiene to Safeguarding. Some of our volunteers have completed all different training to support our families with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and completed training to help with requesting EHCPs and lots more.
