South Yorkshire Housing Association advertises most of their properties for rent through the local authority. Visit Sheffield City Council’s Property Shop website www.sheffieldpropertyshop.org.uk to view and bid for properties.

South Yorkshire Housing Association occasionally have direct to let properties. This means that anyone can apply directly to SYHA for the property and they are usually let on a first come, first served basis, pending successful SYHA eligibility checks.
