Heeley Pool and Gym offers a spacious and well-equipped 28-station gym that boasts all the very latest fitness equipment. Whether you prefer a cardio workout, functional exercises, taking on the resistance machines, boosting strength in the free weights area or a combination of all four. Whatever your fitness goals, we’ve got what you need to take your regime to the next level.
Activities include - Silver Circuits for the over 50s, women only swimming and aqua aerobics.
