Care Hub

The Care Hub package is designed for those who need extra support at home. With a 300-metre signal range, it can send a distress signal from anywhere in the house or garden to summon help instantly.

When a user presses the SOS button, the alarm, which can be worn as a pendant, watch or brooch, sends a radio signal to the base unit. The base unit then transmits a distress signal to the SECOM Care app and SECOM’s 24-hour monitoring centre.

Care Hub Plus

Care Hub Plus is designed for people who are at risk of falling. It comes with fall detection technology and can send for help automatically if the user suffers a fall.

The alarm uses sensors and a six-stage algorithm to monitor your movements. If it detects a sudden jolt, the pendant glows and sends a signal to the base unit. The wearer has 10 seconds to cancel false alarms using the pendant’s unique ‘shake to cancel’ feature.

Care Go

GPS alarms like the Care Go are designed for more active seniors. The alarm features GPS and fall detection technology so no matter where the user is – whether at home or waking to the shops – they are covered every step of the way.
